We ship all Book and Bear Boxes from California to the rest of the United States. We use USPS Priority Mail OR UPS and provide tracking numbers for all packages. One-time orders ship within 24 hours of ordering, and arrive 3-4 days later. Subscriptions all ship on the 4th of the month. If you subscribe after the 4th of any month, you will receive the next box on the 4th of the next month. We always add any remaining boxes to the store as One-time purchases. If you don't see it on the store, it is SOLD OUT and no longer available.
Do you ship worldwide?
YES! We ship to most countries now. Additional shipping charges apply ($8.00 in Canada, $12.00 for the rest of the world). Please be aware that many countries charge additional import taxes on boxes, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are sorry, but we will not refund any additional postage or tax charges that are required by your country.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. When ordering a Subscription Box, expect to receive it by the 9th of the month. When ordering any of our One-time Boxes, we ship the next business day by USPS Priority Mail or UPS, so you can expect to receive your order in 5-7 days. Please be aware that seasonally slow shipping may occur during the holiday season. We will still ship on time, but the carriers may be slightly delayed. Be sure to order holiday boxes early to ensure delivery in time for gifting. Hanukkah boxes should be ordered by November 30th for delivery in time for the first day of Hanukkah, and Christmas boxes should be ordered by December 10th. If you order after December 10th, we can no ensure on-time delivery because of the expected volume of shipped packages this year.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
